  4. I think I've read every book by Kate di Camillo. This is a wonderful quote. And I agree with Barbara that MG is full of bits of wisdom. Another wonderful writer is Jane Langton.

      Yes, yes! Jane Langton. I adore the entire sequence of the Hall Family Chronicles, but especially The Diamond in the Window and The Fledgling.
