Twitter is over capacity

I just tried to log on to Twitter to follow Harold Underdown (author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Publishing Children's Books) and received this message:

Twitter is over capacity.

Too many tweets! Please wait a moment and try again.

And then it happened again.

And again.

Can't help but wonder: if all those people are tweeting, is anyone reading?

Grrr. Do you ever get frustrated with the internet?
